This is a free 15-minute introductory call designed to help you explore what health coaching is and whether working together feels like the right fit. If you’re curious about making changes to your nutrition, energy, or overall wellbeing. But aren’t sure where to start or what coaching actually looks like, this quick, no-pressure conversation is for you. During this call, you’ll meet with me and have space to share a bit about your health goals, challenges, and what you’ve tried so far. You’ll learn how health coaching can support you, what working together would look like, and how my approach focuses on realistic, sustainable changes rather than strict rules or perfection. You can ask questions, get clarity on next steps, and see if the coaching style, personality, and structure feel aligned with what you need. There’s no commitment required. Just an honest, supportive conversation to help you decide if this is the right path for you. By the end of your 15 minutes, you’ll have a clearer understanding of health coaching, a sense of whether we’re a good match, and a better idea of how you could begin building your own foundation of wellness, one step at a time.
